Uncle Matangaro 50th Birthday

God gave a gift to the world when you were born, a person who loves, who cares, who sees a person's need and fills it, who encourages and lifts people up, who spends energy on others rather than herself, someone who touches each life she enters, and makes a difference in the world, because ripples of kindness flow outward as each person you have touched, touches others. You are a special treasure for all that you've done. May the love you have shown to others return to you, multiplied. We wish you the happiest of birthdays, and many, many more. xoxoxo.... Lots of love from the Manuel Familia!!
It was nice to see some of my father-in-laws family at Matangaro's 50th birthday. Always good to see all the cousins and of course their better half. Unfortunately not everyone could make it (including my father-in-law). We still had a great time, enjoyed listening to Matangaro singing with the band and also listening to all the speeches from everyone. Thank you Hina for the lovely bottle of red wine. As you know, I'm not a wine drinker but I really enjoyed the bottle (you got me into drinking red wines now). Overall, we had a great time at the birthday. Here are some of the shots from the reception. I have to say that I enjoyed everyone's company, until I noticed that my youngest was listening to music on his ipod... Like who takes an ipod to a birthday celebration. Children with their gadgets? Technology gotta love them. These our 3 boys with some of the guest waiting in line to dish their food. Food was okay, didn't like the meat it was a bit out of my taste.
Totally enjoyed the mushroom soup that was yummy!! Seafood wasn't bad at all, but rather have raw fish without the bones....lmao!!
